As you may have heard, there have been accusations made against David Goldenberg. We are surprised and stunned by this news. It is the clear and unambiguous policy of AMX that every employee act with the highest moral and ethical standards, and to obey the law in all respects. We have always stressed fair and honest competition, and in no way do we condone any unethical or unlawful behavior.
David has been placed on a leave of absence, effective immediately, while this matter is investigated. Alan Stoddard will be acting in his role until further notice.

I do not know the parties involved but have heard from someone who does. From what I was told Mr. Goldenberg is probably being the scapgoat for someone else. I was told that a Marla from Saphire was ticked off that her got to person (David Goldenberg) went to AMX. I personally think this all has Marla’s footprints all over it. I believe that Mr. Goldenberg is being crucified in the press first without any real proof that he ALONE is to be blame.

So the prosecutor decided to file charges after an investigation because Sapphire was mad at David going to AMX.
You obviously have no clue, since the investigation was handled by the Prosecuting Attorney’s office in Bergen County.
I am looking forward to seeing how many others at AMX knew about this as I have heard that some of the stolen info was shared with others.

I also heard that Mr. Goldenberg met at least twice with Lainie Mataras of Sapphire Marketing regarding a job at AMX. I find it a little suspicious that she was in contact with Mr. Goldenberg and that she didn’t know what was going on.

Jeffrey…. Do you have any proof he did not commit this crime? And your basing your facts on rumors. I am pretty sure he wouldn’t get arrest for doing nothing. David Goldberg is a scum of the earth and I hope AMX’s Business goes crashing… Because I am pretty sure that they knew what was going on.
